Ha, not sure what your “where” specifically refers to, but to cover all bases:

• Where will it be written? On my Forbes and Medium accounts
• Where does this theory exist? In the minds of anti-car academics
• Where would this hypothetical gridlock hell exist? Supposedly in any urban area where AVs waiting for their passengers would benefit financially from creating intentional traffic jam so as to avoid parking fees.
